Consultations are a chance to meet your artist and talk through your ideas before booking your tattoo. It’s how we make sure your concept, placement, and artist are the right fit.
You can book a consultation through our online booking portal↗ by selecting “Consultation,” choosing your artist, and picking a time that works best for you. If you’re not sure who to book with, just choose “Match me with any artist.” We’ll help pair you with the right person based on your style preferences during the consultation.
Each consult is scheduled in a 30-minute time slot and can be done in person or virtually. Once booked, you’ll receive a short form to fill out so your artist can review your ideas ahead of time.
The consultation itself is relaxed and no-pressure. It’s a chance to meet your artist, ask questions, and plan your tattoo together. At the end, your artist will go over pricing, preparation, and schedule your first session if you decide to proceed.

Yes. We have artists who specialize in cover-ups and revamps.
Most tattoos can be covered or redesigned, but it depends on the age of the tattoo, color saturation, scarring, size, and placement.
In some cases we may recommend a few laser lightening sessions first to open up more design options.
Get started by booking either a virtual or in person consultation through our booking portal. After you book, you’ll receive a short intake form to share images, references, and your goals for the piece.
In your consultation, the artist will assess the tattoo, discuss design directions, and explain what the process will look like, including the approach and likely number of sessions.
For the best result, cover-ups often need to be slightly larger or darker than the original, and a bit of flexibility on style helps achieve a stronger outcome.
In most cases, yes. We handle these as revamps, add-ons, or cover-ups depending on the tattoo’s age, saturation, scarring, style, and placement. Many effective cover-ups need to be a bit larger or use denser/darker design to hide existing lines, and in some cases laser lightening first gives you far more design options and a cleaner result.
What we won’t do is copy another artist’s custom design line for line, or promise to match another artist’s exact style. Outcomes vary by artist and by the condition of the existing tattoo. Our focus is on giving you the strongest result, and we’ll be upfront about what’s possible and what will heal best.
A little prep helps make your session smoother and your tattoo heal better.

If you’re sick, on antibiotics, or your skin is irritated, please contact the studio to reschedule until you’re fully healed.
In most cases, yes. Many scars can be successfully tattooed, but it depends on the type, size, and how fully healed the tissue is.
Some scars take ink beautifully, while others may need adjustments to the design or placement. Your artist will go over all options and help set realistic expectations for your specific skin type.
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in your own design or reference images. Your artist may refine or adjust certain elements to ensure it translates well on skin and holds up over time. They’ll work with you to keep the original idea while making sure the final design looks its best as a tattoo.
No. For your safety and your baby’s, we do not tattoo anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Please wait until after your pregnancy and once you’ve finished nursing before booking your appointment. If you’re unsure when it’s safe to get tattooed again, we recommend consulting your doctor first.
Your design will be ready for you on the day of your appointment, unless special arrangements have been made directly with your artist.
Small adjustments can usually be made during your appointment if needed. However, new concepts or major design changes made the day of your appointment may require additional time, cost, and a new appointment or deposit.

Most clients describe the sensation as a quick succession of "snaps" from a rubber band against the skin. While it can be uncomfortable, the sessions are significantly faster than the original tattooing process. We offer professional-grade topical numbing solutions to help minimize discomfort during your treatment.
We are pleased to offer a selection of custom created, high quality aftercare to our clients. Products are available for purchase at the shop. Please see the aftercare section for specific details on how to use our products
